Bar No.3 embodies the seasonal, simple and ingredient-driven style of making drinks. Each season the menu changes with a newly minted menu concept that was inspired by the different elements of each season.

Technique
Besides innovations, there is an equal number of drinks are house riffs upon classics while the technique and ingredients with which we made are entirely modern. Also many of the syrup and liquor are house made.

We select the best ingrediens and seasonal fresh fruites to ensure the taste and texture of each cocktail.
